外教证书，在国内基本上tesol、tefl和tesl外教证书都已经被混用了，三者没有被严格的区别，都被作为外教资格证来看待。目前国内高校和专业的英语培训机构招聘外教都会要求外籍教师要有三个证书之一。如第一学国际教育、大嘴外教、EF、华尔街、CEC英语、韦博英语、ABC英语和新东方的外教，此类机构都严格规定外教要有以上三个证书之一。需要提供本人护照、有效签证、本科及本科以上学历证书、专家证、住宿登记证明，首次申请还需要提供健康证明，外籍教师满足录用条件并被录用后，学校或培训机构须在出入境管理部门登记备案。
