演讲的主要形式

大体有如下四种，照读式演讲、背诵式演讲、提纲式演讲，即兴式演讲。照读式演讲，亦称读稿式演讲。演讲者拿着事先写好的演讲稿，走上讲台，逐字逐句地向听众宣读一遍。其内容经过慎重考虑，语言经过反复推敲，结构经过精心安排，话讲得郑重。

它比较适合于在重要而严肃的场合运用。如各级党代会、人代会、政协会议等大会报告、纪念重大节日的领导人讲话、外交部的声明等。

它的缺点是照本宣科，影响演讲者与听众之间思想感情交流。据说，在英国下院，照本宣读演讲被认为是愚蠢的表现。在我国，一般场合采用这种演讲方式也不受听众欢迎。
