高管英语口语

首先要确定报考学校哦，才能知道学校的考察形式，但是一般来说，复试分为中文面试和英语口语面试，并且英语口语的比重不高，5%-20%左右，时长五分钟。

就MBA英语口语面试来说，各个学校也是不同的，有的是口头英语问答，比如上财、同济等等；有的是抽签问答，比如交大。

这些问题的主要方向都是围绕个人的自我介绍（1-2min）、工作背景和性格爱好和MBA相关

在准备自我介绍的时候，不用说爱好，性格，这样老师问答的时候把这几个简单问题排除掉了~

重点一定是突出个人优势，比如教育背景很优秀可以多提几句，或者工作背景很好，可以说一下title。职位如果是销售岗，可以量化自己的业绩，或者与同职位同僚做一个对比。不要撒谎，但是也需要对自己进行美化包装。

个人问答要提前准备哦，毕竟流利度也很重要~常见问答有：

Could you give us a self-introduction?/Please introduce yourself.

What is your working responsibilities？

What is your biggest achievement？

What is your definition of leadership？

What is your hobby？

Why MBA？

如果场上听不懂老师的问题可以礼貌请求老师重复一遍问题，态度一定要端正哦~
