学号英文字母

G、J开头，都是全国正式学籍号码。L开头的，是临时的。全国正式学籍号的编码规则是:G+身份证号(对于有身份证号的学生)、J+按身份证号编码规则生成的数字(6位学校所在地区划码+8位出生日期+3位顺序码+1位校验码)(对于没有身份证号的学生);全国临时学籍号的编码规则是L+按身份证号编码规则生成的数字(6位学校所在地区划码+8位出生日期+4位随机码)，都是19位。教育部已为进入中央系统的所有学生配发了全国正式学籍号或临时学籍号。

字母表示的是有无身份证号码和是否是正式学籍。

一、正式学籍(两种情况)

1.(有身份证号码):“G”+身份证号码。

2.(无身份证号码):“J”+按身份证号码规则编码的18位数字(6位学校所在地区划码+8位出生日期+3位顺序码+1位校验码)。

二、临时学籍(港澳台、外国籍、无户口)

“L” +按身份证号码规则编码的18位数字(6位学校所在地区划码+8位出生日期+4位随机码)

学籍号长度：16位。

学籍号字符：开头1位字母和0至9的数字。

学籍号发布时间：2000年，见北京市教育委员会文件:关于印发建立北京市中小学管理信息系统和电子学籍IC卡管理系统实施办法的通知，文件号：京教基[2000]062号。

2013年9月1日起，全国中小学学生学籍信息管理系统将建成投用，届时每名中小学生都将拥有一个终身使用的学籍编码，该系统学生的学籍档案基本信息实行一次采集，对学生进行全国统一编码，实现每名学生编码全国唯一，终身使用，对学生进行电子身份管理。

全国中小学学生学籍信息管理系统建设的目标是构建覆盖全国的中小学学籍信息管理系统，为每名学生建立电子学籍档案，对招生入学、学籍注册、学籍档案管理、学籍异动、升级、毕业、成长记录等进行全程信息化管理。
