我也有这样的经历，我当时就想“那么烂的稿子都朗诵过了，我还怕啥呀？”我上去第一句就错了，不过后面很流畅，所以说，如果你稿子很熟的话，那你就记住第一句就OK了``

不能说太快可以准备一个卡片第一张和最后一张写完整的开头语和结束语右上角标上数字然后剩下的卡片写能把句子连到一起的单词和一错的单词然后这么背慢慢就背下来了
