英语通知的格式：
1、通知的标志：标志一般要醒目，多用Notice作标题。
2、出通知的单位和时间：一般分别位于正文的右下角和右上角。不过，这两项有时可以省略。
书信题型写作是应用文写作中常见的功能性写作形式，书信写作的准备宏观，就是要掌握它的格式，基本框架，就是先写什么，后写什么；微观，具体到语言如何使用。
书信格式：
①日期，写信人应将写信日期(年，月，日)放在书信正文的右上角，如Jan. 30th, 2010。
提醒：考研书信写作没有要求考生必须写时间，如果没有把握自己的时间书写格式是正确的，建议考生不要写，以免出错反而扣分。
②称呼，称呼是写信人对收信人的称谓，称呼可以根据收信人的性别，职务，婚姻状况，姓名等个人信息来写，如：Mr. Williams,Mrs. Bush, Professor Li, Dr. Smith, Dear Mum and Dad。

万能句型就是可以套用的句型，把需要写的内容套进去就可以了。
1、主语+ cannot emphasize the importance of … too much.(再怎么强调……的重要性也不为过。)例如：
We cannot emphasize the importance of protecting our eyes too much.
我们再怎么强调保护眼睛的重要性都不为过。
2、There is no need for sb to do sth.\ for sth.(某人没有必要做……)例如：
There is no need for you to bring more food.
不需你拿来更多的食物了。
3、By +doing…，主语+can …. (借着……，……能够……)例如：
By taking exercise, we can always stay healthy.
借着做运动，我们能够始终保持健康。
4、.… enable + sb.+ to + do…. (……使……能够……)例如：
Listening to music enables us to feel relaxed.
听音乐使我们能够感觉轻松。
5、On no account can we + do…. (我们绝对不能……)。 例如：
On o account can we ignore the value of knowledge.
我们绝对不能忽略知识的价值。
