看你是哪方面的吧，如果是只是练习口语，练习他的发音，词的连接等两个都可以。但是如果是属于上学中或者是相关的英语专业，早期的话更建议的是听慢速。以前我们老师也说过把一篇voa的文章反复听听懂来比粗略的听三四十篇效果要好的多。现在手机上也有相关的软件啊，可以免费下载的。听慢速的好处在慢慢听听出些大意和中心词，能够理解文章大概在讲什么，多听几遍之后，有的软件听完会有相关的问题，你也可以做做，测试自己。以前我们外教就是让我们听慢速的voa，然后写出summary。根据自己所写的summary再把那篇文章复述出来，不得不说很烦....，而且还是他给我们选文章，各种类型的都有。那段时间真是无比的惆怅....其实说实话听voa是在太枯燥了，建议去看各种自己感兴趣的美剧。看有双字幕的那种，效果绝对要比听voa要好得多。绝对。但是如果要坚持听voa的当然还是建议先听慢速，一篇文章至少听个5、6遍，等有能力的再换更快的。不过对于我更喜欢英音，bbc也是个不错的选择哈~
