个人觉得挺可靠的。要经过严格的考试的。课程设置比较科学。共六章:概论、异常心理学、流派、伦理守则、面谈技术、实践指导。另外还有选修课--案例报告写作。我之前读书的时候有参加过为期一年每周一天课的上海市学校中级心理咨询师培训,并通过了笔试、面试,拿到了中级证书。
