我觉得,你最近和心理咨询师,或者心理老师、心理专业的人有什么关联吗?你被追杀,在梦里感觉很恐怖,可能是你对心理这行有点畏惧,比如不想被别人看穿自己的想法,但是在生活中你可能遇到这么个人,怕被她识破自己。。在潜意识里太介意了所以心生噩梦。最后你经过太空船被救,说明你的一个心态是觉得心理人士其实没那么可怕,应该不会有什么问题。当你的潜意识,有了这个矛盾(怕被看穿,又觉得不怎么可能),所以晚上就做了噩梦。梦是潜意识的反应。大家都知道的。呵呵。一个心理专业的心理老师的非专业解释,不知是否合理?呵呵

你好,做梦是一种正常的生理现象,但如果做太多的梦是影响到睡眠质量的话需要进行调节,睡前尽量不要做过激烈的活动,喝牛奶等安神类食物,在中医中多梦属于心脾虚弱,必要时可以尝试人参归脾丸调节,注意平时的调养,保持心情愉快,避免情绪激动;忌烟酒,不喝浓茶,避免过度兴奋,尤其是在晚上的时候.
