2017年之后毕业生不能再报考英语四六级考试。

在2017年四六级报名条件改变之前社会考生可以报考四六级，但相应的规定改变之后报名条件改变，现在的报名条件如下：

南通卫校英语需要过三级才能毕业。若想专升本，从2022年开始，不需要考试，而是按照考生专科学习期间历次全国大学英语四级考试的最高成绩折算（乘以百分之十七）计入总分。
