准确把握招聘信息是成功的开始
求职人员的一般要求包括本科以上学历，对于社会招聘员工，在英语方面不做特别要求，如果应聘者英语水平较高，则更有优势。
对于校园招聘的应届毕业大学生，英语方面最少达到4级以上，如英语口语能力良好则更具有合优势。每年的应届毕业生占招聘计划人数的30%-40%，校园招聘时主要考查学生的综合素质，要求踏实、学习能力强，新员工必须先经过实习。一般应届生入所第一年薪资在3万-4万左右，3年达到5万，6-7年左右可升项目经理。社会招聘则要求有事务所工作经验或注册会计师资格，或者丰富的企业工作经验(比如财务经理级别)。
注册会计师这个职业要经常与客户沟通，因此面试时与考官的良好沟通，互动能力也是考查很重要的一个方面。既要对针对性的充分展现自己才能，又要展现一种低高务实的处事态度。所以应聘时建议不要沉默寡言，也不要夸夸其谈，因为过分展示自己的才能会给人以油滑、不可靠的印象。
有些应聘者往往把事务所工作经验当做职业生涯的一个过渡，应聘事务所只是当个跳板，没有长期工作的打算。大多数工作单位都不会欢迎跳槽非常频繁的应聘者。适应一份工作也需要一个过程，应聘者跳槽频繁，则难以在一个单位取得深厚的经验积累，还会给人浮躁、不踏实的印象。
应聘攻略：有些应聘者不太注重面试的装束，穿着邋踏，不够整洁清爽，也会在面试中分数大打折扣。事务所通常会测试每个应聘者的计算机水平，要求应聘者熟练掌握基本的办公软件的使用方法。有些应聘者对office软件的掌握程度不够，会影响今后的工作。某些应聘者明确表示不愿意加班或出差，在应聘之前，应当全面衡量自己的综合情况，明白自己真正适合和喜欢做什么行业。
努力表现自己最专业的一面
很多人都认为会计师事务所的工作是琐碎、忙碌的，因此加班加点是家常便饭，但是雷博国际会计高级合伙人、ACCA资深会员梁德信却认为良好的企业文化才是关键。他希望能给员工创造一个好的工作氛围，希望大家能开心工作，大家的工作和生活能达到一个平衡。在雷博，有一个“9点POLICY”，就是说，员工不能超过晚上9点下班，倘若要超过，必须申请得到梁先生的批准。
由于目前会计师人才缺口很大，但是众多会计师事务所的发展却是乘上了火箭，从雷博在中国内地2007年末达到250人，2008年末400人，2009年末500人的发展计划不难看出，会计人才需求量还是相当大。
应聘攻略：在这里，某些理工科背景的员工业绩甚至比科班出身的还要好。面试的时候，不要三句不离薪水，太看重薪水会让人反感。此外语言表达也很关键。而且一定要守时，关注技术细节，关注与客户的交往。拥有ACCA、CPA资格的优先，所以建议大学生有条件的话在学校里就把证都拿了。
诚实的面试者较受宠
由于目前人才市场中熟悉国际会计准则、掌握国际资本市场惯例、精通现代企业战略规划及国际化经营的财会管理人才可谓凤毛麟角，所以会计师事务所都比较倾向于自己储备人才，通过培养应届毕业生来充实自己的人才队伍。
通常在面试过程中，考官会针对应聘岗位所相应提出的`专业问题，包括审计方法与财务知识;从了解对方经历的过程中了解对方的综合素质，如团队意识、反应能力、动手能力、表达能力、思考能力，有无怪异癖好与不良嗜好等;并且还会随机提问，了解对方的诚实程度、礼貌修养以及个人对于职业生涯的规划等。
应聘攻略：应聘者要诚实，诚实，还是诚实!面试之前应做好充分的准备，对自己的正确定位、对拟应聘职位的设想及个人未来5—10年的发展规划等，均要有较为系统而深入的思考;面试时衣着得体，最好着职业装，精神面貌俱佳，态度谦和、举止大方文雅、注意倾听、反应敏捷、口齿清晰、对答流畅。
一些面试失败者大多是因为面试前的准备尚不充分，对未来缺少明确的规划;专业水平和所应聘的职务要求不符，又不肯做相应的调整;巧言令色，夸夸其谈，不够诚实;慵懒古怪，不适合团队合作的工作特点;不注意个人形象与行为举止;身体欠佳，无法适应艰苦劳累的外勤工作，因此应聘者要特别注意以上几点。
看重专业实习经历和鉴定
目前北京和上海地区对各级项目经理、助理都有空缺职位，社会招聘人员在持有执业资格的同时，有事务所工作经验或持有多种执业资格和多种业务执业者优先;非执业人员有事务所相关工作经历优先，或有丰富的企业财务工作经验。而校园招聘主要考查学生的综合素质，包括专业知识、工作能力、学习能力、表达沟通能力、组织协调能力等方面综合考评。

Financial accounting in English which is a tool for our accounting work and also a sample of our ability. I think, it is a must quality for eligible accounting personnel to master the course.
