（二）18周岁以上、35周岁以下，应届毕业硕士研究生和博士研究生年龄可放宽到40周岁以下；

（六）具有符合职位要求的工作能力；

（七）具有大专以上文化程度；

以上基层工作经历的截止时间为2011年10月15日。 招考职位要求有农村基层服务项目工作经历的，是指报考人员为服务期满且考核合格的“选聘高校毕业生到村任职工作”、“农村义务教育阶段学校教师特设岗位计划”、“三支一扶”计划和“大学生志愿服务西部计划”等四类人员。
