太垃圾了，苏宁名义上说是双休，但是根本不会让你双休，单休就不错了。如果是不忙的时候，每天8点以后下班，遇上大忙的时候，经常凌晨12点或者1点下班。单身的还好，如果有老婆有孩子的，基本上照顾不到家庭

早上 到晚上10不错，，但是一般是两半倒，就是一个来了，一个走拉。一天小时左右。

我在苏宁也做了一年 AB 我想应该是 早班 晚班倒的意思 就是上班时间由 苏宁里的督导定 你上早班还是晚班 周一至周五 不是活动时间 一般 是 早班 9点半 到16点半 晚班 是15点 到22点 周末两天是 早班 9点 到 18点 晚班13点 到22点 比如是 10。1 或5，1 这样的大活动节 一般是 全天15小时 就是早上7点到 到晚上23点左右 个别加班时间由督导定 可能会随时加班 虽然苦点 但是 苏宁销售不错的哦 自己觉得值不值得

大AB就是两班倒 不过如果你呆的那个门店比较大或者你们那个品牌就你一个得话 大AB就是扯淡 苏宁大的门店貌似不允许大AB的 晚上几点下班 确实是不一定 五一 十一 端午 重阳 清明 圣诞 元旦 还有门店的重装开业 一般这类情况的话 下班都不一定 各个城市各个门店都不一样 如果是大的城市比较大的店面 上班一般都是8点左右 基本都在凌晨的两点多下班吧 稍微小的店面也在12点左右下班 小一点的城市的店面就在12点前下班了 各个地方的下班时间都不一样 我曾经最晚一次凌晨3点下班 正常情况下 上班基本都是9点左右 有的是8点 下班时间 夏天的话早班一般是晚上7点 晚班就是晚上8点下班苏宁没有具体的工作时间 反正8小时工作是不要指望了 最少最少也在9个小时以上
