学历方面好搞，读个夜大成人大学，亦或者挂名的网络大学，技术过关没人会管你这些的。

其实招聘都这意思，哪个招聘的不要求个学历，在不知道你的时候，只能靠这些东西来大概的了解你的情况。这是个门槛，你得有一些硬件的东西，才能进面试，面试才是真正考察实力。只要好好学，知识扎实，开始时期望别太高，逐步积累经验。总会有出头之日的。

1，网络工程师教程。2，希赛出版社的考前串讲，希赛的教辅很准，针对性强。考试基本就是上面的内容。3，历年试卷要多做，很多考点重复考。比较机械化，题型固定。很有规律性。4，有一点计算机基础的话一两个多月时间复习足够。非计算机专业三个月以上。
