报考结构工程师结构工程师一级和二级区别如下：

1.一级结构工程师的勘察设计范围不受项目规模及工程复杂程度的限制。二级结构工程师的勘察设计范围仅限本担国家规定的民用建筑工程三级及以下或工业小型项目。

随着工程师待遇的不断提升，很多人投身到工程师的考试行列。注册结构工程师就业问题、挂靠费用情况，前景是否看好，成为大家最为关注的话题。

【执业范围】

注册结构工程师是指取得中华人民共和国注册结构工程师执业资格证书和注册证书，分为一级注册结构工程师和二级注册结构工程师。

注册结构工程师，主要从事结构工程设计;结构工程设计技术咨询;建筑物、构筑物、工程设施等调查和鉴定;对本人主持设计的项目进行施工指导和监督;建设部和国务院有关部门规定的其他业务。

一级注册工程师的勘察设计范围不受项目规模及工程复杂程度的限制。二级注册工程师的勘察设计范围仅限承担国家规定的民用建筑工程三级及以下或工业小型项目。

据悉，2018年即将公布的新工程设计标准，在各个专业的人员配置都有较大的削减，这意味着人数，特别是想二级注册结构工程师挂靠原先只能挂靠在乙级资质来说是个不小的挑战。但新规会严格要求各个工程设计企业按照新规配置人员，这样一来挂靠需求会增多。能否抵消新规的影响，甚至带来挂靠价格的提升，大家拭目以待!

【挂靠问题】

考试其实有着很大的相似性，不少拥有注册结构工程师证书的朋友，同时也拥有注册岩土工程师挂靠在外，那么，岩土和结构，这两个证书可以同时挂靠吗?

注册岩土工程师属勘察类，注册结构工程师属设计类，乍看似乎属于不同类别，但大家都知道，注册类考试的名称就叫勘察设计类考试，虽然分属不同类别，但是他们的受理部门都是住建部，所以岩土和结构这两个证书是不可以同时挂靠的。

【注册问题】

据了解，注册结构师考试规定注册人员不得受聘于二个以上建筑设计单位执行业务。注册证书和执业印章是注册工程师的执业凭证，由注册工程师本人保管、使用。注册证书和执业印章的有效期为3年。任何单位不得在未征得注册师本人同意的情况下，代替保管和使用。隐瞒有关情况或者提供虚假材料申请注册的，审批部门不予受理，并给予警告，一年之内不得再次申请注册。
