1、面试前需要准备一套正装或者比较端庄的服装搭配，一双中跟鞋,颜色以素净为主,款式大方。随意的着装在面试教师这一职业时是非常吃亏的,穿着正装是对于这一职业的尊重,也容易争得评委的高分。2、进门和出门都要鞠躬,向评委老师问好,进门要敲门,出门前要把黑板擦了,出门时把门轻轻带上，这些都是基本礼仪,会给评委留个好印象。3、由于是试讲,没有学生,还要模拟课堂,我们就要自问自答,对于很多人来说觉得挺尴尬,但是我要说:不要觉得难为情。你一定要把学生的回答用某种方式表达给评委,然后对学生的回答还要评价!新课程改革中非常注重“评价”!评价最好不要重复,所以大家可以去网上搜一些教师评价语,背几个,会有很大的帮助!4、将微笑从头坚持到尾!因为仪态分数占挺大的比例,要做一名亲切的老师,特别对于小学老师来说更重要。声音要洪亮清脆,作为教师,声音洪亮清晰是最基本的。5、千万不要背诵式地讲课，面试时是拿着教案纸照念的,这样做分数肯定不会高。之所以要面试就是要看你这个人的精神面貌,在面试时首先要做到的是镇定大方,其次就是要很熟练地把课文重难点和教学片段说好,再有就是看你的细节之处,举止是否文明礼貌。PS：写板书时身体最好侧在一边,不要完全挡住,字迹要工整清秀,哪怕字写得不是那么好看，也不要写潦草，规规整整就是最好，尽量要避免错误再进行擦拭。

英语科目一般是面试测评系统，从题库中随机抽取试题，有可能是一篇完整的课文，有可能只是一部分。可以从头开始讲，也可以挑选重点部分讲解，试讲过程中要进行课堂提问；高中英语试讲中需要全英。一般来说面试通过率百分之五十

教师资格证面试抽试讲的题的题库不变，但每年的面试题却不见得相同。题库是一个范围很大的系统，一旦建成，可能会添加一些新内容，但基本的知识不会有大的变动。

试讲是教师资格证面试的第二个环节，考生模拟上课的时间为10分钟，也就是说考生必须在这10分钟里把一堂课讲完，而且这一堂课不只是从喊一句“上课”到说一声“下课”这么简单的环节，还必须要目标明确、重点突出、形式多样、气氛活跃，等等。　　在10分钟内讲好你的主要内容很重要，这也要求我们在备课的20分钟，必须迅速地搞清楚“题目”的阶段目标、教学目标，然后再围绕教学目标去确定教学重点、教学难点，再围绕教学重点、教学难点去展开教学过程，再围绕教学过程去设计互动形式，再围绕互动形式去组织语言表达。
